How It Works

  • Check your date.

    Pick one hour or two, tell us where and when, and we check it against the schedule in your city.

  • We confirm and hold it.

    You get availability and the package details, and the date is held for you once you confirm.

  • Your staffer arrives 30 minutes ahead.

    The course, putters, balls, scorecards and music arrive with them, and the first hole is ready when your guests are.

  • Play.

    Your staffer runs the round, resets holes between groups and packs everything out at the end.

Atlanta Mini Golf Rental FAQs

How is an Atlanta putt putt party priced?
One hour on the course is $365 and each additional hour is $100, so a two-hour party is $465. That covers the staffer, setup, putters, balls, scorecards and music. A travel fee may apply for events more than 30 minutes from our Kennesaw warehouse, quoted before you book.
Which extras can be added to an Atlanta booking?
Atlanta bookings can add Glitter Tattoos ($150 an hour). Ask for it when you check your date and it goes on the same booking as the course, so there is one confirmation and one team to deal with on the day.
When does an Atlanta travel fee apply?
Only for events more than 30 minutes from our Kennesaw warehouse. When one applies, it is quoted upfront at the moment you check your date, so you see the full price before you commit and never get a surprise after the party.
What is the plan if a Georgia storm rolls in on the day?
We reschedule. If you have an indoor space - a garage, a basement, a clubhouse room or a gym - the course lays out the same way inside and the date can stand. If not, we move you to a new date that works for both of us, and if no future date works, your deposit is refunded. Weather is exempt from our cancellation deadlines, and the balance is not due until the day before.
Are the Atlanta staffers background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every staffer who runs the course is background-checked and trained, and the Atlanta operator is fully insured. Schools, HOAs and venues that need a certificate of insurance get one naming them on request.
Are weekday bookings open in Atlanta?
Yes. Weekdays are when schools, daycares and summer camps book us, and weekday evenings suit HOA and company events. Weekend dates go faster, so if your Saturday is taken, a weekday afternoon or evening is worth checking.
Is there a guest limit for Atlanta parties?
There is no guest cap. Players go off in foursomes and the staffer starts the next group as soon as a hole clears, so a dozen players finish a full round in about an hour. For a guest list of 25 or more, a second hour keeps everyone playing.
Do you set up at Atlanta parks, pavilions and church halls?
Yes. County and city park pavilions, church fellowship halls and HOA clubhouses across metro Atlanta are regular spots for us. Many parks ask vendors for a certificate of insurance before they approve a booking, so tell us and we send it.
How does the Atlanta deposit and cancellation policy work?
A $100 deposit holds your date and the balance is due the day before. Cancel 14 or more days out and the deposit is refunded in full; 7 to 14 days out it becomes an event credit toward a future date; inside 7 days it is forfeited, with one free reschedule. Weather is always exempt, and schools on a purchase order pay no deposit.
