A staffed 9-hole mini golf course fits all of them, because it needs no age limit and no explanation and it runs for hours without anyone from your committee standing on it. Our Orlando operator has been part of the Central Florida event circuit since 2014, and knows the load-in at the church lots, the county parks and the community centers across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake County. The course sets up in about 30 minutes; our staffer runs groups through in foursomes until close. Quoted per event to attendance and hours. One vendor can cover several Big Idea brands at the same event.

Does the course work at a trunk or treat or an evening festival in Orlando?
Yes. Evening events work wherever the venue is lit, and the course plays fine on a parking lot or a field. Fall festivals and trunk or treats are among our busiest Central Florida weekends, so book those dates early.
Can a parks and recreation department book multiple dates?
Yes, and many do. Summer program days, holiday events and neighborhood movie nights across the county are booked as a series with one contract and one certificate of insurance. Tell us the season and we hold the dates.
How much space and power do you need at a community event?
A flat area about the size of a volleyball court and no power - the music runs on our own battery system. Grass, asphalt and pavers all work. Indoor halls and gym floors work just as well.
