What we bring to the venue.

Central Florida weddings run outdoors more than most, and a reception lawn with nothing on it is a missed hour. A portable mini golf course gives guests something to do between the ceremony and the first dance, and something to gather around after dinner when the dance floor is not for everyone. Our Orlando staffer sets up the nine holes to suit the venue - a Winter Park garden, a lakeside lawn in Clermont, a covered pavilion when the afternoon storm threatens - runs the round for the booked hours, and clears it before the exit. The music can run from the couple's playlist. Quoted per event to guest count and hours. Welcome parties and rehearsal dinners book the same course.

What happens if a Florida afternoon storm hits during the reception?
The course moves. If the venue has a covered space we relocate the holes in a few minutes; if not, we pause and resume when it passes, and our staffer handles all of it without the couple or the planner being involved.
How much of the wedding timeline does the course cover?
Usually cocktail hour plus the stretch after dinner - two to three hours. Some couples book it for the rehearsal dinner instead, where a putt-off between the two families is a good icebreaker.
Do you coordinate with our Orlando venue and planner?
Yes. We take the planner as our point of contact, agree load-in and footprint with the venue in advance, and provide the certificate of insurance most Central Florida venues require from outside vendors.
