What we bring to the office.

A portable mini golf course for Tampa Bay workplaces - office parks in Westshore and Brandon, warehouses in Pasco, waterfront venues in St. Pete. The course sets up in about 30 minutes indoors or out, and our staffer runs it for the whole booking so nobody on your team is working the event. It suits a mixed crowd because it needs no skill and no explanation: people play a few holes with whoever is standing next to them and drift back to the food. Book it open all afternoon, or as a scored scramble with a leaderboard for a team-building block. Quoted per event to headcount and hours. Insurance certificates and vendor forms provided.

Is the course a fit for a Tampa office with limited floor space?
Usually. The nine holes fit a space about the size of a volleyball court, and in a tighter office we can tailor the course and bring fewer holes. Send a photo of the space and we will tell you what fits.
How many employees can play during a two-hour event?
Around 60 to 80 play a full round in two hours with one staffer sending foursomes off as holes clear. For larger Tampa Bay employee events we add hours or a second staffer so the line never builds.
Can you invoice and provide a COI?
Yes. Invoicing, W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming your company or the venue are standard for corporate bookings. Tell us what accounts payable and facilities need and we send it ahead of the event.
