What the school gets.

A staffed mini golf station for field day rotations across Tampa Bay - Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco schools, daycares and summer camps. Our staffer arrives ahead of the first class, lays out the nine holes on the field or in the gym, and runs every group through until the last bell. It works next to the physical stations because it is a change of pace: active, mixed-age, no scoring that matters and nothing for a teacher to referee. A class of 25 plays a full round in about 20 minutes in groups of four. Whole-school days book as consecutive hours. Same course, training and insurance as every market in the family. Travel is quoted upfront by location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Tampa Bay schools run the course indoors?
Yes. Gym floors, cafeterias and covered pavilions all work, and the layout needs roughly a volleyball court of flat floor. On a stormy day we move inside with you rather than cancel.
How much notice does a field day booking need?
Field day season in Tampa Bay runs March through May and books three to six weeks out. Summer camp weekdays are easier. Send us the date and the schedule and we will confirm a staffer for the block.
Do you handle school vendor paperwork?
We do. Certificates of insurance, W-9s and district vendor forms are routine for us across Hillsborough and Pinellas. Tell us what your front office needs and we send it before the day.
