What will a Tampa Bay rental cost?+
The first hour is $365, and each hour after it adds $100. Everything the round needs comes with it - the course, putters, balls, scorecards, music and the staffer who runs it. Travel is quoted upfront by location anywhere in the Bay area.
Which add-ons are available in Tampa Bay?+
Tampa Bay bookings can add Popcorn ($85), Cotton Candy ($85), Snow Cones ($85), Glitter Tattoos ($150 an hour), Balloon Twisting ($150 an hour) and Face Painting ($150 an hour). Pick them when you check your date and they are confirmed on the same booking as the course.
Does the Tampa team travel to St. Pete and Pinellas?+
Yes. Tampa Bay bookings cover homes, schools and venues in Hillsborough and Pinellas, and travel is quoted upfront by location when you check your date. The quote you confirm is the full price, with nothing added afterward.
Can the round keep going if a Tampa Bay storm rolls through?+
If lightning, heavy rain or strong winds make the date unsafe, we delay, pause or move you to a new date, and the course can move indoors if you have the room. Your deposit transfers to the rescheduled date rather than being refunded and stays good for twelve months, subject to availability. The balance is not due until two days before, so a reschedule never leaves you paid in full for an event that has not run.
Is the Tampa operator a local team?+
Yes. Big Idea Entertainment Tampa is the licensed operator for the Bay area, working to the same course, training and insurance standard as every Big Idea market. Your booking, your staffer and your certificate of insurance all come from that local team.
How young can guests be at a Tampa party?+
Everyone from preschoolers to grandparents. Little ones putt with a grown-up beside them, older kids play the full nine on their own, and adults usually join the last round. The obstacles challenge both groups without slowing either one down.
Do Tampa Bay HOAs and community centers book it?+
They do. Resident socials, pool-deck afternoons and holiday gatherings are regular bookings, and the course fits a clubhouse lawn or an amenity room. Managers can ask for a certificate of insurance and a W-9 ahead of the event.
How soon should we reserve a Tampa Bay date?+
Weekend dates in the cooler months fill first, often a few weeks out. Weekdays and summer mornings are usually open on shorter notice. Check your date as soon as you have it - availability comes back within one business day.
Is the Tampa Bay deposit refundable?+
No. The $100 deposit is non-refundable and holds your date the moment you book; the balance is due two days before. If you reschedule, it transfers to a new date within twelve months, subject to availability. Inside 7 days a cancellation forfeits it, with one free reschedule offered. Weather is exempt, and schools on a purchase order pay no deposit.
